🔐 How to Join as a Seller
To maintain the integrity of our community, all sellers must be certified organic and go through a simple approval process.
📝 Step 1: Apply for Listing Access Click the “Get Listing Access” button and subscribe (1 month free trial (no credit card required), regular price $30NZD per month). You'll get immediate access to start listing your products.
🔄 Step 2: List your products Complete your product details, including unit quantity (note, we recommend separate listings for different unit sizes), market eligibility, and delivery costs, or pickup locations.
Upload your organic certificate (PDF, image, or scanned copy).
🔄 Step 3: Verification Once you submit your certificate, it is verified by our team as quickly as possible, and listings published.
Verified certificates are immediately entered into our secure database.
Your products can be published immediately upon approval.

Hi! I’m Fliss Roberts, founder of The Organic Collective! I've spent the last two and a half years as Operations Manager at BioGro, New Zealand’s largest organic certifier. I've also worked with Organics Aotearoa New Zealand to understand and try to help overcome some of the sector's biggest challenges. My background involves building software and apps supporting climate action, and I've previously built a peer-to-peer marketplace (PlantMe.io) helping more people record growing practices, and sell what they grow, locally. I’ve built Aotearoa New Zealand Organic Collective after 18 months of supporting new and existing organic producers, listening to their challenges, and to help our amazing organic community with a fresh, tech-enabled solution.
